The 1N5822UB1 Schottky diode is ESCC certified. It is available in a surface-mount hermetically sealed ceramic LCC-2B package with a footprint that is fully compliant with the industry standard of D5B. Its all-planar technology provides excellent performance and high reliability at junction temperatures up to 150 °C. The diode is ESCC certified.
