The NFAM2512L7B is a state-of-the-art IPM module that provides a full-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC power supplies, suitable for AC induction, BLDC and PMSM motors. These modules incorporate gate drivers optimised for the built-in IGBTs to minimise EMI and losses, as well as a variety of on-module protection features including undervoltage lockout, overcurrent shutdown, driver IC thermal monitoring and fault reporting. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only one supply voltage and converts the incoming logic level gate input to high.
