The NFAQ1060L36T is a fully integrated inverter power stage consisting of a high-voltage driver, six IGBTs, and a thermistor for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs), brushless DC (BLDC) motors, and thermistor, AC asynchronous motors. the IGBTs are configured as three-phase bridges with independent emitter connections on the lower legs for maximum flexibility. The power stage has a full range of protection function features, including transconductance protection, external shutdown and undervoltage lockout. An internal comparator and reference are connected to the overcurrent protection circuitry, enabling the designer to set the overcurrent protection level.
