The NCP13992ANDR2G is a high-performance current-mode controller for half-bridge resonant converters. The controller features a 600 V gate driver, simplifying the layout and reducing the number of external components. A built-in power-down input simplifies the implementation of the controller in all applications. In applications requiring a PFC preamp, there is a dedicated output to drive the PFC controller. This feature, along with silent skip mode technology, further improves light-load efficiency throughout the application. A full suite of protection features are provided for safe operation in any application.
