The LTC1968IMS8 is a true RMS to DC converter that uses an innovative delta-integral computation technique. The advantages of the proprietary architecture include higher linearity and accuracy, amplitude-independent bandwidth, and better temperature characteristics than traditional log-antilog RMS-to-DC converters. Works with single-ended or differential input signals and accurately supports crest factors up to 4. Differential input range of 1VPEAK with unprecedented linearity. Allows trouble-free system calibration at any input voltage.
