The ADP5320BCBZ-1-R7 highly integrated power management unit (PMU) combines nine digitally adjustable regulators, a fuel gauge, a 12-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), 2 kb of one-time programmable (OTP) memory, and tamper-evident logic in a 42-ball, 2.880 mm × 2.980 mm WLCSP package. Regulators include 2× buck-boost, 1× buck regulator, 5× low dropout (LDO) regulators, and a low-input LDO to meet the demanding performance and board space requirements of wearable applications. The operating input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V enables use with wearable applications.
