The ADN8833ACPZ is a monolithic H-bridge TEC driver with an integrated 1 A power MOSFET. It has a linear power stage with a linear driver (LDR) output and a pulse width modulated (PWM) power stage with a SW output. A current can be driven through the TEC to regulate the temperature of the laser diode or passive components connected to the TEC module. The control voltage applied to the CONT input is by a digital proportional, integral, derivative (PID) loop.
