Product Description

The LM5149RGYR is an 80V ultra-low IQ synchronous step-down DC/DC controller for high current single output applications. The controller uses a peak current mode control architecture for simple loop compensation, fast transient response, and excellent load and line regulation. The LM5149 can be set to operate in an interleaved bi-phase mode for accurate current sharing for high current applications. The device can operate at VINs as low as 3.5V and near 100% duty cycle if required.
