The ADUCM410BBCZ Precision Analog microcontroller is fully integrated, including high performance analog peripherals. Using 81 pin CSPBGA package. The device also includes digital peripherals (controlled by a 160MHz Arm® Cortex™-M33 processor) and integrated flash memory (for code and data). The analog-to-digital converter (ADC) on the ADuCM410 provides 16-bit, 2MSPS data acquisition through up to 16 input pins. The pin can be programmed for single-ended or differential operation. They feature programmable gain amplifiers (PGA) or transimpedance amplifiers (TIA) for voltage and current measurements. In addition, nude temperature and power supply voltage can be measured.
