The NCV59801CML330TCG is a 1A LDO, next-generation, high PSRR, low noise and low dropout regulator with a power good open collector output. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the device features low noise, high PSRR and low quiescent current, while being able to regulate output voltages as low as 0.6 V. The device also features excellent load/collector/open collector outputs. The device also offers excellent load/line transient performance. It can be used with 4.7 F input and output ceramic capacitors.

● Low noise: 10 VRMS (fixed version)
● Stable with 4.7 F small case size ceramic capacitors
● Controlled output voltage drift rate from 5 mV/s
● Available in DFNW8 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.9 mm case 507AD
● DFNW8 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.9 mm case 507AD and WDFNW6 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.75 mm case 511DW are available.
