The NCV59801CMTW120TAG is a 1A LDO, next-generation, high PSRR, low noise, and low dropout regulator with a power good open collector. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the device features low noise, high PSRR and low quiescent current, while being able to regulate output voltages as low as 0.6 V. The device also features excellent load/collector control. The device also offers excellent load/line transient performance and can be used with 4.7 F input and output ceramic capacitors.
