The NCP189CMTW330TAG low noise low dropout (LDO) linear regulators are 500mA devices with next generation high PSRR and power good open collector outputs. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, the regulators feature low noise and low quiescent current while allowing output voltages as low as 0.6V. The device also has excellent load/line transients. The low noise low dropout (LDO) linear regulators are designed for use with 4.7µF input/output ceramic capacitors.
