The MPQ7920GRM-0003-AEC1-Z is a complete power management solution that integrates four high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters, five low dropout regulators, and flexible logic low dropout regulators and flexible logic interfaces. Constant on-time (COT) control in the converters provides fast transient response. Adjustable switching frequency (up to 2.75MHz) greatly reduces external inductance and capacitance values. Comprehensive protection features include UVLO, OCP, OVP, and thermal shutdown. The output voltage can be adjusted via the I2C bus or preset via MTP (Multi Time Programmable). The power-on/power-off sequence is also programmable via MTP and can be controlled online via the I2C bus.
