The RAA2213204GNP is a Smart Power Stage (SPS) compatible with the ISL68xxx/69xxx digital multiphase (DMP) controllers.The SPS features an integrated, high accuracy current and temperature monitor that feeds back to the controller to perform multiphase DC/DC conversion. The monitor simplifies design and improves performance by eliminating the DCR sensing network and associated thermal compensation. Industry-leading thermally enhanced 4x5 PQFN package minimises overall PCB space.
