The R7FA4M2AB3CFM microcontroller features a high-performance 100MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core and up to 512KB of code flash for background operation. In addition, the MCU offers 8KB of data flash and 128KB of SRAM with parity/ECC.

The R7FA4M2AB3CFM microcontroller is highly integrated with USB 2.0 Full Speed, SDHI, Quad SPI and advanced analogue connectivity. Security and protection features include an integrated secure cryptographic engine with cryptographic accelerator, key management support, tamper detection and power analysis resistors (synchronised with Arm TrustZone).
