The HMC465LP5TR is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT distributed driver amplifier in a 5x5 mm pin-free sticker package that operates in the frequency range from DC to 20 GHz. The amplifier provides 15 dB gain, 3 dB noise figure, saturation output power of +25 dBm, and power consumption of only 160 mA with a +8V supply. It has an excellent gain flatness of 0.5 dB and a deviation of ± 4 degrees from linear phase in the frequency range from DC to 10 GHz, which makes the HMC465LP5(E) ideal for OC192 fiber LN/MZ modulator drive amplifiers and test equipment applications. The HMC465LP5(E) amplifier I/O matches 50 Ω internally.
