The HMC1114PM5ETR is a gallium nitride (GaN) wideband power amplifier that delivers outputs greater than 10 W (up to 42 dBm) in the transient bandwidth range of 2.7 GHz to 3.8 GHz at an input power (PIN) of 18 dBm. Power added efficiency (PAE) up to 55%. At small signal levels, the typical gain flatness is less than 1 dB.

The HMC1114PM5E is suitable for pulse or continuous wave (CW) applications such as wireless infrastructure, radar, common mobile RF and general-purpose amplification technologies.
