The QPA2511 is a 2-stage, L-band, internally matched GaN power amplifier module that operates at pulsed RF CW in the frequency range of 1.2-1.4 GHz, typically providing 50 dBm saturated output power, 29 dB of large-signal gain, and 60% power-added efficiency.

The QPA2511 input ports feature integrated bias circuitry and DC blocking capacitors matched to 50 ohms, and the QPA2511 is available in an SMD package with good thermal performance, making it ideal for use in commercial and military radar systems.
