TGA2218-SM is a Ku-band, high power MMIC amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15 um GaN on SiC process. The TGA2218–SM operates from 13.4–16.5 GHz and provides greater than 12 W of saturated output power with 23 dB of large signal gain and greater than 29% power–added efficiency.
