The Qorvo QPA2211D GaN Ka-band power amplifier operates in the frequency range of 27.5GHz to 31GHz, supporting satellite communications and 5G infrastructure. The amplifier is manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15u silicon carbide (SiC) based gallium nitride (GaN) process.
