The MAX32007CXP is a fully integrated, high-performance, high-speed 3Gbps eight-channel pin electronic driver that integrates multiple automatic test equipment (ATE) functions into a single IC. The DCL (Driver/Comparator/Load) device is compatible with most high-speed logic families and integrates 4-stage drivers, dynamic clamps, window comparators, passive loads, differential comparators, swing rate control, driver and comparator cable voltage drop compensation, voltage clamps, PMU switching, and level setting DAC.

The MAX32007 driver offers a -1.5V to +4.5V input range, high impedance mode, active termination (Level 3 drive), and VHH programming up to 7.1V (Level 4 drive). The window comparator has low timing deviation in the range of swing rate, pulse width or overdrive voltage variation. The MAX32007 provides dynamic clamping for limiting high-speed device under test (DUT) waveforms and cable voltage drop compensation for optimizing driver and return path signals. The rated current of the integrated passive load is ±12mA. Many functions are configured through the 50MHz SPI interface.
