The LTC6268HS8 is a single-channel 500MHz FFT input operational amplifier with very low input bias current and low input capacitance. In addition, the device has low input reference current noise and voltage noise, making it ideal for high-speed transimpedance amplifiers, CCD output buffers, and high-impedance sensing amplifiers. Their low distortion characteristics make the LTC6268/LTC6269 ideal for driving SAR ADCs.

The devices operate from 3.1V to 5.25V supplies and consume 16.5mA per amplifier. A shutdown feature reduces power consumption when the amplifiers are not in use.

The LTC6268HS8 single-channel op amp is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
