Product Description

The LTC6091HUFE is a dual, high voltage precision operational amplifier. Its low noise, low bias current input stage is well suited for high gain configurations, and the LTC6091 features a low input offset voltage, a rail-to-rail output stage, and can be operated from a single 140V or ±70V split supply.


The LTC6091HUFE provides internal protection against over-temperature conditions. When the chip temperature approaches 150°C, a thermal warning output (TFLAG) changes to an operational state. The output stage can be shut down using the output deactivation pin OD. By connecting the OD pin to the thermal warning output, the device will deactivate the output stage when it exceeds the safe operating region. These pins can be easily connected to any family of logic devices.
