The GD25B256DFIGR (256M-bit) Serial Flash supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) with dual/quad SPI: Serial Clock, Chip Select, Serial Data I/O0 (SI), I/O1 (SO), I/O2, and I/O3. Dual-channel I/O data transfers are available at a rate of 208Mbits/s, and quad I/O and quad output data transfers are available at 416Mbits/s. The GD25B256DFIGR is also available as a serial flash memory. The transfer rate for two-channel I/O data is 208 Mbits/s and for four-channel I/O and four-channel output data is 416 Mbits/s.
