Product Description

The GD32F330G8U6TR device is part of the value line of the GD32 MCU family. It is a new 32-bit general-purpose microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 RISC core, which offers the best price/performance ratio in terms of enhanced processing power, reduced power consumption and peripheral set.The Cortex®-M4 core features a full suite of DSP instructions to meet the digital signal control market's need for efficient, easy-to-use control and signal processing capabilities. It also provides powerful trace technology for enhanced application security and advanced debugging support.


The GD32F330G8U6TR device features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit processor core operating at 84 MHz, with zero wait states for Flash memory access for maximum efficiency. It offers up to 128 KB of on-chip Flash and up to 16 KB of SRAM memory. A wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals are connected to two APB buses. The devices offer a 12-bit ADC, up to five 16-bit general-purpose timers, a 32-bit general-purpose timer, a PWM advanced timer, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two SPI, two I2C, and two USART.
