The GD9FU1G8F2DMGI is a 1Gb NAND flash memory device. It can perform programming operations with typical tPROG on each page, and it can perform erasing operations with typical tBERS on each block. The data in the page can be read out in tRC cycle times per byte. I/O pins are used as ports for address and data input/output as well as command input.

GD9FU1G8F2D provides extended reliability with 50K programming/erase cycles via ECC(error correction code).
