The MLX91211LUA-ABT-520-RE is a second-generation medium-speed current sensor IC that senses the magnetic field generated by current flowing through a conductor (cable, current bus, or PCB trace).

The analogue output of this sensor IC is proportional to the supply voltage, which may be between 3.135 V and 5.5 V. The MLX91211 includes a voltage regulator for stable internal power and optimal performance.

The output is proportional to the induced magnetic field perpendicular to the package surface.

The device is pre-programmed with different sensitivity settings for different current sensing ranges and has a factory-calibrated static output voltage (50% of the supply voltage).
