The NCV7327D10R2G is a full-featured Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceiver designed to connect the LIN protocol controller to the physical bus.The LIN bus is designed to transmit low-rate data from control devices such as door locks, mirrors, car seats and doors. The bus has been designed to eliminate as much wiring as possible, using only one wire per node. Each node has a slave MCU state machine that recognises and translates commands specific to that function.The main advantage of the LIN bus is that none of the functions are time-critical and are usually related to passenger comfort.
