The NCV7342D13R2G transceiver is the interface between the Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical interface, and is available for both 12 V and 24 V systems. The transceiver provides differential transmit capability for the bus and differential receive capability for the CAN controller. The wide common-mode voltage range at the receiver input and other design features allow the device to achieve excellent electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS). Likewise, very low electromagnetic emissions (EME) are achieved through excellent matching.
