The TLE9351VSJXTMA1 high-speed CAN FD transceiver is designed to protect microcontrollers from interference generated within the network. Based on the high symmetry of the CANH and CANL output signals, the receiver achieves very low electromagnetic emissions (EME) over a wide frequency range. The transceiver has stringent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test limits and does not require additional external circuitry such as common mode chokes. The transceiver has excellent ESD robustness, thermal protection and standby mode with very low quiescent current. The transceiver's optimised transmitter symmetry combined with the receiver's optimised delay symmetry supports CAN FD data frames.
