SEMPER™ NOR Flash S25HS01GTDPBHI033 is Infineon's high-performance, secure and reliable NOR Flash solution. It integrates critical safety functions for a wide range of applications, including automotive, industrial, and communications. With SEMPER™ NOR Flash, Infineon introduces the industry's first NOR Flash device that complies with the ASIL-B standard and supports ASIL-D.

Suitable for industrial applications, the NOR flash is packaged in a 24FBGA pin package with an operating voltage of 1.7V to 2V and operating in a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
