The IGI60F100A1L combines a single 100 mΩ (typ)/600 V enhancement mode CoolGaN™ switch with dedicated gate drivers in a thermally enhanced 8 x 8 mm QFN-21 package. Due to the galvanic functional isolation between input and output, the power stage can cover a wide range of applications and topologies.

Infineon's CoolGaN™ power switches offer very robust gate structures. A minimum on-resistance R DS(on) is always guaranteed when driven by a continuous gate current of a few mA in the "on" state, independent of temperature and parameter variations.
