The ACS70311LOKATX-001B5-C Linear Hall Effect Sensor ICs provide fully monolithic linear current sensor ICs using Hall elements with BiCMOS integrated circuits.These ICs are designed to be used with ferromagnetic cores to provide high accuracy current detection. With a high operating bandwidth from DC to 240kHz and a response time of 2µs, they are ideally suited for use in high-frequency automotive inverters and DC-DC converters that require fast switching.
