The RAA270000KFT is a general-purpose power management IC (PMIC) for the RENESAS microcontroller RH850 series. It contains two current mode DCDC converters, four low dropout linear regulators (LDOs), and two linear trackers. the DCDCs are typically switched at a frequency of 2.1 MHz. a supervisory function is implemented in order to monitor the internal status. Input voltages, all input voltages are monitored via ADCs in the microcontroller, the outputs of all regulators, and internal analogue voltages corresponding to temperature.

● Supplies power to the RH850/C1x and RH850/E1x from Renesas Electronics with an input range: 6.0V to 18.5V to perform the specified characteristics.

● 5.4V~: Power supply rails, 5V/3.3V/1.25V, tracker functioning normally (no low voltage detected) 3.9V~: not reset.

● 2 switching regulators

● For point-of-load: 5.7V/1000mA

● For MCU core: 1.25V/700mA

● 4 linear regulators for MCU: 3.3V/10mA, 5.0V/300mA, 3.3V/160mA and 5.0V/60mA
