The automotive ATSAMA5D29-CN based on the Arm® Cortex-A5 CPU is a high-performance, low-power embedded microprocessor (MPU) operating at frequencies up to 500MHz. The AEC-Q100 Level 2 compliant SAMA5D29 MPU supports a wide range of memory such as DDR2, DDR3L, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, QSPI and E.MC flash. These devices integrate powerful connectivity peripherals and user interface applications, including two ISO-compliant CAN-FD interfaces.
