The RAA7881702GSP's 3.3V powered single transceiver features high output drive and high EFT and ESD protection. These devices can withstand ±3kV IEC61000-4-4 EFT transients and ±15kV IEC61000-4-2 ESD impacts without latch-up. These devices have low bus currents (+125µA/-100µA) and therefore provide a true 1/8 unit load to the RS-485 bus.
