The UCC21738QDWRQ1 is a galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver designed for SiC MOSFETs. Designed for use with SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs designed to operate up to 2121 V DC, the Galvanically Isolated Single Channel Gate Driver features advanced protection, best-in-class dynamic performance and robustness. The device features up to ± input and output isolation with SiO2 capacitive isolation, supports up to 1.5-kVRMS operating voltage, and 12.8-kVPK surge immunity input and output isolation with SiO2 capacitive isolation.
