The MAX20360FEWZ is a three-way integrated LED current driver that can be used as a signal indication or backlight illumination function; the ERM/LRA driver with automatic resonance tracking provides good tactile feedback to the user. Low noise, 1.5W boost/buck converter provides an easy way to power LEDs and is ideal for optical heart rate systems. The device is configurable via an I2C interface, allowing different functions to be configured and device status to be read, including the ability to read temperature and supply voltage via the integrated ADC. The devices are available in a 72-ball, 0.5mm pitch, 4.88mm x 4.19mm, wafer-level package (WLP) and operate over the -40°C to +85°C extended temperature range.
