Product Description

The LT3089IFE single resistor rugged low dropout linear regulators (LDOs) are designed for demanding industrial applications. The key feature of these components is the extended safe operating area (SOA).The LDOs can be connected in parallel for higher output current or better thermal performance. The devices can withstand reverse input and reverse output to input voltage with no reverse current flow.
