The ADG5462FBRUZ integrates four channels with overvoltage protection. The channel protectors are connected in series with the signal path to protect sensitive devices from overvoltage faults on that path. The channel protectors protect against overvoltage regardless of whether power is applied, making them ideal for applications where there is no guarantee that power supply timing is always correct. The primary supply voltage defines the on-resistance curve and the secondary supply voltage defines the voltage level at which overvoltage protection is initiated.
