The ADN8833ACBZ is a single-chip H-bridge TEC driver with integrated 1 A power MOSFETs. It includes a linear power stage that provides a linear driver (LDR) output and a pulse width modulation (PWM) power stage that provides a SW output. The temperature of a laser diode or passive component connected to the TEC module is established to a programmable target temperature by the TEC drive current based on the control voltage input from CONT.
