The IGD15N65T6 650V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT6 and the Field Termination IGBT are designed to meet the specific requirements of motor drivers in household appliance fans, compressors, commercial sewing machines and pumps. The 650V IGBT is optimized for minimum switching losses, especially in systems with switching frequencies up to 30kHz. The IGBT uses a fast soft recovery reverse parallel Rapid 1 diode, so the total loss is extremely low.
