The ADCA3992AMLZ is a high-gain, power multiplier hybrid amplifier optimised for a wide range of bias conditions to improve power efficiency and customer flexibility. Ideal for use in digital pre-distortion (DPD) node designs to maximise power savings. The device features a gallium arsenide (GaAs) mimetic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) die and a gallium nitride (GaN) HEMT die to achieve very high RF outputs with composite power up to 76.8 dBmV and virtual levels up to 67 dBmV. The DC current and supply voltage can be externally adjusted to achieve optimal distortion performance and power consumption over a range of output levels.
