The S6J32GELTNSC20000 is an extension of the existing S6J3200 family with 4-MB Flash, 512-KB RAM, and Ethernet RMII support. The microcontrollers are members of the 55-nm Traveo™ family for clusters and heads-up displays (HUDs). They are available as single-chip solutions to drive complete mid-range instrument clusters. They can control up to six gauges and drive up to two thin-film transistor (TFT) displays with WVGA resolution (854 × 480 pixels each).
