The CY8C4147AZQ-S445 is a scalable, reconfigurable platform architecture for a family of programmable embedded system controllers with Cortex™-M0+ CPUs.It combines programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital modules with flexible autorouting. It combines a microcontroller with standard communication and timing peripherals, a capacitive touch-sensing system with best-in-class performance (CapSense), programmable general-purpose continuous time and a switching touch-sensing system (PSoC 4100S).
