The 1ED3890MC12M enhanced X3 digital series can be configured with DESAT, soft close, UVLO, Miller clamp, two-stage close (TLTO), and fault functions through I2C, simplifying the design of high reliability systems. The X3 digital series (1ED38xx) supports adjustment from inputs through the I2C interface (pins SDA and SCL). The Infineon 1ED38xx single channel isolated driver has an output current of up to 9A and a maximum output power voltage of 40V. It adopts a space saving DSO-16 small pitch wide body package with a creepage distance of 8mm.
