The TPSM82810SILR Step-Down MicroSiP™ Power Module features an integrated inductor and frequency synchronisation in a fixed-frequency peak-current-mode control topology.The TPSM82813SILR has a low-resistance switch that provides up to 4A continuous output current at high ambient temperatures. The switching frequency is externally adjustable from 1.8MHz to 4MHz and can also be synchronised to an external clock over this frequency range.
