The CYT4BB8CEBQ0AEEGS is a family of TRAVEO™ T2G microcontrollers for automotive systems such as high-end body control units. There are one or two Arm® Cortex®-M7 CPUs for main processing and one Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU for peripheral processing for peripheral and safety processing. The devices include embedded peripherals to support Controller Area Networks (CAN FD), Local Interconnect Networks (LIN) and Ethernet with flexible data rates. Manufactured on an advanced 40nm process. Integrates low-power flash memory, multiple high-performance analogue and digital peripherals, and enables the creation of secure computing platforms.
