The CY8C624AAZI-S2D44 microcontrollers are based on an ultra-low-power 40nm platform combining Arm® Cortex®-M4 and Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPUs.These devices include low-power Flash technology, programmable digital and analogue resources, and best-in-class CAPSENSE™ technology for touch and proximity applications. The microcontrollers provide security built into the platform architecture through hardware cryptographic accelerators, memory and peripheral protection units. pSoC 62 is designed for IoT applications such as wearables, smart home, industrial IoT, portable medical devices and more.
