The CYPM1311-48LDXI is a high voltage microcontroller that supports USB-PD 3.1 extended power range (EPR). The Infineon Technologies PMG1-S3 features up to 28V at 5A (140W). This advancement enhances the PMG1 family with 256KB Flash, 32KB SRAM, 50 GPIOs, USB device control, cryptographic engine (for authentication), and analogue resources (ADC, op-amps, comparators, CAPSENSE™).The EZ-PD PMG1 family offers an integrated firmware view, with the ModusToolbox™ featuring an SDK, a user-friendly software suite that facilitates the rapid development of Infineon MCUs.
